This is to certify that conducted in association with renowned Chef VISHNU MANOHAR and the AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (ATMA), under the guidance of the DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT AGRICULTURE OFFICER, Gadchiroli, was successfully organized for preparing 1111 kilograms of NACHNI ( Finger Millet) HALWA in a single mahakadhai and set a new World Record on 8th Feb 2026, at Gadchiroli, Maharashtra, India, aimed at promoting millets, healthy eating practices, and local food heritage. This remarkable initiative highlighted millets as a nutritious and climate-resilient food, showcased Gadchiroli’s rich agricultural and tribal food identity, and created awareness about value addition in millet-based products.
