To promote awareness about art and creativity, Prof. Annapurna Shukla from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, (Born on August 3, 1964), achieved a remarkable feat on May 11, 2024, in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. She sculpted the smallest pencil lead sculpture, measuring 2.4cm, depicting an old man in sorrow, within an impressive time frame of 20 minutes, setting a new world record. Despite the time constraints and the limitations of the medium, her demonstration showcased exceptional precision and creativity, resulting in a masterpiece that captivates the imagination and evokes emotion.
“Congratulations on your extraordinary achievement! Your determination, perseverance, and dedication have earned you a well-deserved place in the World Records Book of India. Keep inspiring others with your remarkable accomplishments!”
