This is to certify that the DEPARTMENT OF POULTRY SCIENCE, NAGPUR VETERINARY COLLEGE under the MAHARASHTRA ANIMAL AND FISHERY SCIENCES UNIVERSITY, NAGPUR, successfully organized a record-setting event on the occasion of WORLD EGG DAY-10th October 2025, where renowned Chef VISHNU MANOHAR prepared EGG BHURJI using 5001 eggs (Brand:- Power Eggs) in a single preparation, using ingredients such as eggs, onion, tomatoes, oil, spices, coriander, chilli and set a New World Record on 12th October 2025 at Nagpur Veterinary College, Seminary Hills, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. The initiative was undertaken with the objective of creating protein awareness and highlighting the nutritional importance of eggs in everyday diet. Through this unique and impactful achievement, the DEPARTMENT OF POULTRY SCIENCE, NAGPUR VETERINARY COLLEGE under Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University, Nagpur, has demonstrated its commitment to public health promotion and nutritional education through EGGS.
