The word “VRUTTAI” (Vrutta + Aai) signifies the content on the subject of ‘Mother’ (Aai) has been creatively expressed across various poetic meters (Vrutta), hence the Project name is “Vruttai”. Poetic meter refers to the rhythmic structure of a verse, determined by the arrangement of stressed and unstressed syllables. In Marathi poetry, meter is known as “Vrutta”, and it plays a crucial role in shaping the flow and musicality of the poem. His dedication to preserving and promoting the richness of Marathi literature through poetic innovation is truly commendable.
