On the occasion of Ganeshotsav 2026, MAHESH CHA LADKA in recognition of the creation of an elaborate and creatively designed Mumbai Darshan-themed Ganpati Festival Decoration, presenting a distinctive visual representation of Mumbai’s heritage, culture, landmarks, public life, and iconic identity. At the centre of the decoration is Lord Shree Ganesha seated on a seesaw, accompanied by His vehicle Mushak. The themed decoration incorporates visual representations of the Gateway of India and Taj Mahal Palace, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Bandra-Worli Sea Link, Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Wankhede Stadium, Siddhivinayak Temple, Elephanta Caves, Kala Ghoda, and Marine Drive, together with the distinctive Dabbawala service, Mumbai’s iconic black-and-yellow taxi, and the representation of a Mumbai Police Hawaldar. World Records Book of India recognizes this achievement for its distinctive thematic concept, extensive representation of Mumbai’s iconic landmarks and cultural elements and creative integration within a Ganpati Festival decoration.
