WORLD’S LARGEST MILLETS URJA KHICHDI

 WORLD’S LARGEST MILLETS URJA KHICHDI : To spread awareness, the importance of millets and creating a domestic and global demand along with providing nutritious food to the people, guided by the vision of Honorable Prime Minister  SHRI NARENDRA MODI JI, with the support of Cabinet Minister of Maharashtra SHRI SUDHIR MUNGANTIWAR,  renowned chef of India, CHEF VISHNU MANOHAR has achieved a remarkable feat by preparing and serving the largest quantity of  Millets Urja Khichdi, totaling 6750 kg, in a single cauldron and set a New World Record on 5th January 2024 at Chandrapur, Maharashtra, India. Millets Urja Khichdi made with Bajra, Rice, Mung Dal, Vegetables, oil and water. It was distributed to various social organizations and schools in the Chandrapur.
