On the occasion of World Poha Day, Chef VISHNU MANOHAR has achieved a remarkable culinary milestone by successfully preparing an extraordinary quantity of 3000 KG of TARRI POHE and set a new World Record on 7th June 2026 at Vishnuji Ki Rasoi, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. This grand culinary preparation was created using traditional ingredients including Poha, Onions, Potatoes, Green Chilies, Coriander, Lemons, Turmeric, Mustard, Salt, Oil, Sugar, Peanuts, and Black Chana, showcasing authentic Indian flavors and culinary excellence on a massive scale. This exceptional achievement reflects outstanding culinary expertise, large-scale food management, cultural promotion, teamwork, planning, and dedication towards celebrating India’s rich food heritage.
