This is to certify that PADMA SHRI AWARDEE Shri SUDARSAN PATTNAIK, internationally acclaimed Sand Artist from India, has achieved an extraordinary feat by creating a 50 ft long and 30 ft wide BOAT SCULPTURE at the Balijatra Ground, Cuttack, in collaboration with DION GROUP in BALI JATRA – 2025.The magnificent boat has been artistically crafted using 12,000 arecanuts, 500 coconuts, and 1,100 diyas, symbolizing Odisha’s deep-rooted maritime legacy and festive spirit and set a new World Record on 4th Nov. 2025 at Cuttack, Odisha, India. This artistic installation stands as a spectacular tribute to the state’s heritage, blending creativity, sustainability, and devotion. Shri Pattnaik’s innovative vision and dedication continue to inspire countless admirers, transforming traditional elements into powerful expressions of art and culture.
