On the celebration of the 75th Independence year and celebrating the occasion by doing STATE SWEET MARATHON OF INDIA, Renowned and Celebrity Chef SARVESH AARTI ANIL JADHAV (Born on 7th June 1988), Pune, Maharashtra, accomplished an exceptional culinary achievement by preparing 28 Desserts representing 28 States of India, in collaboration with 28 student chefs. Each dessert weighed 2 kg 800 gms and was completed within 2 hrs 8 min. and set a new World Record on 28th Nov. 2022 at Cafehouse and Restaurant Reeka, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra, India. The desserts were distributed to 28 NGOs, social welfare organizations, and foundations.
