On the occasion of the 11th International yoga Day 2025, under the inspiring theme ‘One Earth, One Health’, Mr. BALASAHEB DHONDIRAM KAMLABAI MOKAL, Director of Yog Darshan Yog Kendra and Ayush approved yoga teacher, teaching in Yog Vidya Gurukul and Yashvantrao Chauhan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik, Maharashtra, India, performed 51 different of Yoga Asanas along with 14 Suryanamaskaras on a Swiss Ball within 30 minutes and set a New World Record on 19th June 2025 at Nashik Road, Maharashtra, India. His dedication and unique presentation of yogic science serve as an inspiration to fitness enthusiasts.
